      Hard times ahead.

      Pros

      Great CS team. Some very kind and helpful people throughout company. Solid product but very weak promotion and awareness strategy.

      Cons

      No transparency and very clicky senior leadership. Micromanagement in several departments to the point you lose all autonomy regardless of your expertise. Lack of budget and resources have driven many to leave. Like many small start ups right now, layoffs are inevitable.

      Openprise's culture is truly something to be admired. It's not just a set of values named for our conference rooms; everyone who works here exemplifies them. It's a way of working and interacting that's truly inspiring. There's a genuine openness to sharing ideas and opinions, which makes me feel heard and valued. What truly makes Openprise special is its people. The team is a mix of talented individuals who are not only experts in what they do but also genuinely passionate about their work. The friendly and supportive environment they've built makes every day a pleasure, whether we're working in person or remotely. The leadership at Openprise is the driving force behind this positive culture. Managers lead by example by fostering growth and being receptive to suggestions. This creates an atmosphere where everyone, regardless of their role, feels encouraged to contribute and develop their skills.

      Cons

      We are all learning how to collaborate with one another, just like any young startup company. Openprise operates lean, which means we all have to pick up the extra work. It's an amazing opportunity if that's what you like.
