It's a brilliant cause and it does make difference to lives around the world. Some lovely people to work with

Leadership is awful - lack of commercial awareness, financial resources wasted at all level due to poor financial decisions. Lack of vision High level of nepotism Clique culture - if you fit in you get places, if you dare question or have different views, you are shut down. See staff as disposable resources.
