Stable funding and resources, which sounds amazing for a nonprofit.

Opportunity@Work has had and continues to have challenges internally with layoffs and high percentage of team members leaving in dissatisfaction with job, management, leadership. For those thinking about joining, do your homework, ask the questions: - How has the company/leadership addressed team feedback in the past? - How are the values lived out on a day to day basis? How are you living them out? - Would you recommend working here to a friend? Have you ever recommended to a friend or former colleague a vacancy here? - What is an accomplishment you are proud of from the last month? - What has been the most difficult part of working here? What are you or others doing to resolve it? - What examples of staff development are there? - How are you doing things differently to avoid another mass layoff? - Do former team members refer candidates for vacancies?
