      - office in the center of Montreal - remote flexibility - great teams, based in Canada and USA - no toxicity environment - company options

      - health insurance can be better (missing online medicine options) - no additional benefits

      - the company is young - many things to do - you're not put into a box doing only 1 type of thing - using modern technologies - not a lot of code: easier to pivot and refactor than a huge codebase - smart people driving for results, the best time to market and efficiency - small team: no politics - a lot of opportunities to grow

      Cons

      The company is very young: the vision for the codebase can shift, as well as the product's vision. Not many perks
