      The industry is really interesting Most of the local office staff is good

      Cons

      Contracts are not worth the paper they are written on. Beware! Managers know nothing about the industry and tell experienced people what to do. There is no accountability for anyone. Some people work and do their jobs, some people don't. Some who don't are very overpaid. There is no value on good people. The company culture, which was a strength, has been destroyed
