Pros

Good organisation, good degree of job autonomy (Not micromanaged), flexible job to suit employee needs, good working environment, good pay and bonus schemes.

Cons

Some training processes could be improved, apart from that, amazing company to work for!

Pros

Very friendly and supportive environment. Thorough induction training, plus ongoing training opportunities. Working in the counselling environment of our business, I am offered Monthly CPD , team meetings, Paid accreditation and other benefits. We also received a bonus before Christmas. Senior management are keen to listen to staff and get their views and opinions on what is going well and what is not and to try and improve on these things including a diversity steering group and an employee forum group.

Cons

communication could be better, working with a lot of staff in a fast moving environment does mean on occasion communication of changes can be a bit last minute - our customers do make last minute demands etc and we have to move with the flow, but that can sometimes mean we miss advising some people. The business is trying to address this, but with our knowledge of other companies - this is not something that is unusual with other employers.
