      Place is being run into the ground and treatment of staff is appalling, especially long serving staff

      Struggling to think of some lately, early finish on a Friday is about it

      Cons

      Treatment of staff including local management is appalling, don't know if you are going to be laid off from one minute to the next. All incentives have been removed, didn't even celebrate Christmas or acknowledge it. No Christmas party/bonus that we have had in the past just more redundancies when we are the busiest we have ever been.

      Pros

      Flexible working hours. Some great people to work with.

      Cons

      Overall organisation goals seem not aligned. Many inter-departmental conflicts which seems not in the interest of the Senior Management Team. Lack of the day to day leadership appearance. Inconsistent annual holiday system.

      Pros

      None I can think of on top on my head, decent atmosphere is probably the only one.

      Cons

      Outdated systems, promotions given to friends over the ones who deserved it, many employees being made redundant lately, automotive sector in crisis.
