The only good thing about this company is that it will hire you with minimal requirements, which might help you get your first step into the IT field. Everything after that bad!
Cons
This is one of the most toxic work environments I’ve ever seen. Management is a complete disaster.instead of fixing the deep internal issues, the company keeps changing its name as if that will hide the problems. There is zero work-life balance, The company culture feels overly controlled, with constant new rules that make it hard to feel trusted or valued. Appraisals and benefits often seem driven by personal bias rather than performance, which creates frustration and a sense of unfairness. Every single person I know inside the company is actively looking for a way out. No one sees a future here. This is not a place to grow, learn, or build a career ,it’s a temporary escape route until you find a real job. Please keep this as your last option. If you have any other opportunity, take it. You deserve better than this
