First, I would like to thank you for taking the time to write a review. I agree that we have a very strong team at OptionsCity and these are contacts that I hope everyone maintains. Second, I am disappointed to hear about some of your less than positive experiences. As one of the founder of OptionsCity and its CTO, I can tell you that one of the main reasons we started OptionsCity almost 10 years ago was to create a work environment where ourselves and our colleagues enjoy coming to work and making a difference. You point to certain situations where that may not have been the case. I am personally involved in a lot of the discussions on the management and engineering side and I have not experienced that type of behavior. While some of the meeting may get a little heated, due to how passionate people are, they are not disrespectful in nature and better decisions always come out of them. As a company we DO NOT tolerate the sort of behavior you describe. I can also vouch for every member of the management team and their commitment to employee growth and satisfaction. Third, I am sorry that things did not work out and you decided to continue your career somewhere else. As the CTO of OptionsCity I take the quality of all the software we produce extremely seriously. There is nothing more important to me than ensuring that our customers have a positive experience using the software. We build software used by a wide range of trading institutions across the globe with positive feedback across the board. Are things perfect? Building software never is. We are not afraid of change in the pursuit of a better product and that comes with some risk. There will always be issues that arise. What separates us from the rest is our ability and commitment to address those issue effectively and efficiently. I would love to discuss this further.
