      Great work environment with supportive colleagues. The company offers solid benefits and decent work-life balance. There are good opportunities to grow if you’re willing to put in the effort. Leadership is approachable, and the team culture makes work enjoyable.

      This is not a micro management environment, this can be a con if you're an individual who thrives in that type of space. The team has been growing together for over 10 years, as a new kid on the block this can be intimating.
