      Pros

      Ability to shape the direction of the company and bringing customers through a digital transformation Teams are spread globally with a few engineering hubs in key locations. Working with a global team was new to me and I’ve loved meeting and getting to know and understand so many cultures of my team mates from across the world. Always learning and never bored!

      Cons

      It will take time to change the old Optiva culture from years past but many positive changes are already visible from the changes that have taken place over the past few years

      Great place to work and learn

      Pros

      Amazing people and talents from across the globe. Many tech savvies who are brilliant in technology they work. Flexible timings and no schooling of employees. Decent pay for the work.

      Cons

      Some legacy stuff which are little complex to RCA (management is aware of this and working towards technology replacements). Deadlines are pretty marginal.
