- Worked with some of the greatest co-workers. - Weekends and Federal holidays off.
Cons
- Use employees to clean up messes or try to bid for a project. Only to be let go once the messes are cleaned up or the project is a no-go. - Health insurance premiums are high with very high deductibles - Must work 15 years to get an extra weeks PTO. New hires and employees with less than 15 years get equal PTO time.
