The business understands the need to continually evolve in order to keep their customers relevant to their own customers by deploying world class business applications supported by world class customer service across private and public sector organisations.

I have been at Opus for around 18 months. Opus is a great company to work for. Support is provided not just by your line manager but colleagues across the business. Including fellow salesmen and senior sales managers / directors. Self development is encouraged and supported through weekly / monthly sessions where the whole sales team attend and share ideas (free lunch during these sessions which is always a bonus). The monthly company social events are always good fun!!!!

Pros

Independently owned, family run business where the people are at the core of what we do. The socials are great fun and you're made to feel welcome when you start. The opportunity for progression is there and Opus has helped me move along in my career.

Cons

Nothing that springs to mind, Fridays working from home would be nice.
