      I should have never accepted the offer.

      Pros

      The weekends when my boss didnt make me come into the office, but "let" me work from home or be "on call" for one of the senior leaders. I am a producer, not a surgeon!!

      Cons

      Everything else. They just laid off people in production, accounts, and ops. No direction from managers - first to take your idea if it's good and upper management likes, but first to place blame on you if they dislike.

      Extremely disappointing Culture

      Pros

      great people to work with some are encouraging beautiful location to work in with great food choices some great clients

      Cons

      hr department consisting of a barely-there hr rep hr rep that is not encouraging but will scold you/raise their voice at you the pay increase is little to non-existent compensation is low promotion w/o valid salary increase no growth/progression job scope is vague and functions on an ad-hoc basis not recommended for people looking for growth opportunities

      Fine if you can handle the hours

      Good compensation Nice colleagues Ample annual leave

      Cons

      Rather exploitative approaches towards employees not working in countries with unions. If you work in certain teams you have to do night shifts. Shift hours tend to change frequently with little concern for how it can affect your social life.
