      There is a strong sense of ownership and trust, which allows people to take initiative and grow continuously. You also get the chance to work with an incredibly smart and collaborative team!

      Cons

      Like in any scale-up, things move quickly and change often, but for people who enjoy fast-paced environments and want to grow alongside a company, it is a very rewarding place to be.
