      Pros

      Cool bunch of guys you get to work with until you or they get fired for no reason.

      Cons

      In my opinion : Product sucks. Management doesn't have any clue about what they are doing. The company's vision changes every couple of months. Hire and fire is the norm. Weak sales. Burnt through 10 milli without anything to show for it. People who know what they are doing are overworked while others relax.

      - Truly Unlimited PTO - Company / department Off-sites up to 4 times a year - Competitive Pay - Outstanding people to work with

      Cons

      - Recent rise in misogyny from leadership, leading to several departures and demotions. - Sales has a massive say in everything that happens, and can just lie whenever they feel like it - Long hours to reach sometimes unachievable deadlines
