Almost like a parody of the stereotypical evil corporation. The president/CEO/whatever is a callous jerk who doesn't care about his subordinates. Production goals are ridiculously optimistic given how fresh most of their workers are. Management is constantly under stress and frankly, not good to work under. You will not receive encouragement for doing a good job. You will receive chastisement for failing to meet expectations.
