      Toxic atmosphere, fake promises, crazy load of work, mean owner.

      Company location, products, parking, health insurance after 3 months.

      Cons

      Lack of respect for the employees, huge turn over, no 401k, bad atmosphere, 2x load of work compared to a regular company, owner emotionally unstable, regular overtime hours, fake bonus.

      Micro Managers, not very organized, don't let designers take a lead, commission only ( not a very well explained & good commission structure ) not standing true to their word, don't value good dedicated hard working people.
