This company had the potential to be something incredible at the start. However, time showed that they only cared about growing as fast as they could ($$$) rather than as best as they could. They had the wrong people in higher up positions / management roles. When problems were pointed out to management they were mostly ignored because management didn't want to acknowledge the issues. The reporting they had was proven to be inaccurate, but the fix was too big so they continued to work with wrong numbers. Questions asked were treated like dumb questions. They claimed to be transparent, but only when enough chatter was spread through the office. Their expectations did NOT match the reality of the job. The work load continued to grow without adequate staffing. Communication was poor. The pay was not comparable to private practices as the employees at OrthoFi were doing the work for 200+ practices, but the pay reflected work for only 1 practice. Quantity trumps quality here.
