Losing its touch

Pros

Great starting point for sales, good sales support. Great products to be selling, proud to be working for the company that provides innovative and new ways of working for customers and the construction industry. Fantastic work/life balance, up to date computer systems and hardware.

Cons

-Started and the company was different, it cared alot more about its employees, not so much any more. No fun and engagement from senior management. Business or business. -No understanding. Get in, do your job and get out. -Delivery for customers is a joke now so daily issues with customers and the CS team. -Sales force does not help you sell, its helps be managed more. gone back to just ticking boxes rather than enjoying the role and getting the deals in. way more admin to do now, so its lucky we are now allowed to work from home more.

Great company to work for

Pros

You are given lots and lots of training/advice etc. whether it's over teams or hands on where possible. If you have no industry knowledge, it is not an issue! You're provided with everything you need. Everyone is so helpful and there is always someone available to call or chat to.

Cons

Long interview process. Basic salary a little below where it needs to be for experienced candidates. But if you don't like the salary, don't go for the job.
