Pros
Small company with a family feel; not everyone enjoys that environment but its been great for me. My direct manager listens and supports me even on my bad days. This industry does require a self-driven person, so if you are not a self starter this may not be for you. I've worked here 5 years and I'm still learning something new everyday, which I enjoy. We joke around but take the work very seriously. We work on interesting projects that are challenging.
Cons
System changes or updates are not communicated company wide, which can be frustrating. It's a sales company so positions are limited, however if you convey your interest in a position they do work with you to get you there but it's a slow process. So be patient.

Only recently got an HR person who does nothing, stingy on promised promotions and pay increases, male dominated, frat boy mentality throughout company, poor, limited training, snotty employees in Arlington that won’t help you, making you look bad and causing issues to pile up
