The best part of this job was trying to help people pay their rent in time of need.
Cons
The program was unorganized and frustrating. Taking call after call about all the same issues and not being able to help was the worst.

Pros
Work from home. Given script to follow to help customers. Staff can be friendly towards newcomers. Medical after 6 months of employment. Slightly above average salarty for remote work.
Cons
Staff is unprofessional, often times cursing out customers or bad-mouthing clients. Disingenuous staff who does not provide proper training or understanding of job duties. Apathetic towards customers who need help, caring more about the 'bottom-line' than helping find a solution.
