-Global team so time zones can be a problem - you might find yourself on a meeting at an unsociable hour depending on who set it up -Lots of pressure on the sales team via big targets, however the targets are calculated quarterly and yearly, so at least you don't have the pressure of someone asking you to hit weekly or monthly goals like at some companies. -There have been a few people let go due to Outmatch acquiring many new businesses, so you do have to make yourself irreplaceable. -There seems to be a bit of conflict sometimes between different areas of sales or customer success over who gets a particular deal.

My teams were subsequently used for knowledge transfer and dismissed. Morale fell exponentially, and the feeling of being left out to dry by the core team was unpalatable. Those in charge refused to give any assurances of jobs during/after acquisition, apparently because they aren't about the people who build the things, just the things.
