Pros
I’ve worked at a handful of small and medium sized business throughout my career and am struggling to find any for SaniFlo. Some team members (junior) had a good attitude and friendly demeanour. Pension is good!
Cons
A poisonous culture and very unhappy working environment for most employees. Terrible managment in the UK, unsupportive and in some instances pretty corrupt. No focus on individual performance or progression and deliberate ‘scapegoating’ of employees that management found unfavourable. Very low motivation amongst staff and uncomfortable atmosphere to exist in. Unprogressive approach to new systems and developments and little ambition within the teams to grow and evolve skills.
