This is an incredibly competitive space and the company is struggling to be profitable, as reflected in the recent layoffs at the start of the month. Consolidation of competitor solutions is only just beginning and Outreach's market share is declining as their core offer is being rapidly commoditised. It's a good product but not quite as groundbreaking or as innovative as the marketing would have you believe. But you could say that for many in the space I imagine.

Toxic workplace culture. Promotions were not merit based at all, avoid like the plague if you're a high achiever. All the top talent has left. Compensation was also below industry average.
