      The free snacks, free dog toys, is as good as it gets.

      You can tell by the reviews here that management posts; the wording they choose sounds like they often put people down. This company isn't worth the time and effort; do not consider them. They're an outdated company with old, bad habits, bringing nothing new to the table with their strategies and knowledge. The people who have been there long work in fear the entire time they've been there, deeply manipulated every day. They told me themselves they've tried to leave, but the job market is really bad, or they aren't up to date in their experience for the demands of modern companies today. They have no good values.

      Pros

      Great work life balance combined with chill culture. Of course it's busy, but what place isn't? OH is PE owned with has pros & cons. Pros-most years we get bonuses. Con's-when business is down, layoffs happen. Great benefits, dogs in the workplace, free snacks, hybrid work schedule. Most people are cool, management is approachable and supportive. Some people can cut it if they're lazy! Lots of smart people who care a lot. Many people have been here for over 5 years.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. Its a cool place to work.
