      Pros

      No office politics. Plenty of scope for development. Friendly people. People treated well. Thriving company with growth and good results.

      Cons

      Remote workforce. Strategy could be tighter. Tech/commercial divide. Overall though, a great workplace. I would recommend to anyone who is a self starter

      -Great team spirit, particularly in the Sales department -Steady growth -Great position in market as Microsoft Identity/Mobility SI leader -Senior leadership are approachable and innovating the company impressively

      Cons

      -Disparate workforce offers flexibility for employees but not ideal if you're hoping to work in a buzzing office Mon-Fri

      We are extremely transparent and go the extra mile to keep our distributed workforce up to date on what is going on across the business. We have regular business reviews, technology-focused presentations, and have a regular company meeting and/or "TechFest" where we get grounded and tool for the future.

      Small company. Not much room for growth.

      Yes it is a small company but we have HUGE ambitions! We have recently reorganized around three practices: Identity & Access (our bread & butter), Security Transformation, and Identity Governance. Small companies have little hierarchy – and we are especially flat for good reason - so if you measure growth by moving up an org chart, you are probably correct although as our practices grow we will need leaders to manage them. If you have a passion for technology and customer service and measure growth through increased skills, influence, and impact, WE WANT YOU!
