      Not as great as advertised

      Pros

      Working alone but always able to call someone to help troubleshoot, decent pay, family/friendly owners and co workers.

      Cons

      Pay was much lower than talked about in the interview, only paid per job, not a 40 hour a week kind of job, some jobs far away from a job so your rushing to finish some days, no opportunity for advancement.

      Pros

      Your working by yourself everyday and you get the freedom of driving in between houses you clean to give you that "break feeling" . You get to meet really fun and outgoing people occasionally . If you give great customer service they will tip you generously and it's yours . Always work rain or shine .

      Cons

      No cons about the company just the customers . The Customers tend to ask you to move every little piece of furniture to clean under . Depending on how far you have to drive you could be pulling a 10 hour day occasionally.
