Pros

Owner is accessible and easy to speak with Many hard working individuals

Cons

Poor work environment. Awful benefits. Limited time off/holidays. Ridiculously long hours. Employees treated with very little to no respect. Poor leadership throughout the entire organization. High turnover. Disorganized. Unprofessional. No yearly raises or performance reviews. No room for career growth. Cliquey. Terrible parking situation. Those in leadership positions are uneducated/inexperienced and very poor at managing people, projects and resources. Most would not hold similar positions in other legitimate organizations. The very definition of nepotism. Very rigid and not open to recommendations. Micromanaging. Short sighted/stubborn views. Awful culture. Those with experience/education from outside of the organization are pushed down and often disrespected. Management creates a culture of fear. Teamwork and interpersonal friendships are frowned upon. Many department heads feud with each other, trying to spite each other at the expense of the company's success. Constant finger pointing and blame rather than tackling issues together as a team.

Thank you for your review. No spin here. Just facts, such as it is not possible for us to post "fake reviews". I am sorry that you had that experience and I wish that you had come to see us in HR. We have a fast moving culture, so often we attract young professionals who are looking for growth and the access to professional development not typically available in other large companies. We promote very quickly from within because we appreciate the "long hours" that our employees put in. But, make no mistake, our company does not disregard professionals with experience. It is vital to have an influx of technical experience to continue the growth of our company. The owner is accessible and there are many hardworking individuals. Owner accessibility is not common in a global company and it speaks to his interest in supporting the hard working employees and listening to their concerns.

Pros

Large open space for young people. Bonus is given.

Cons

Uneducated leadership in management positions making poor decisions, due to disconnect with upper management, favoritism and racism plays a major role. People are put into leadership roles without college degrees and English is needed in this part of Florida, most employees including custodian speak mainly Spanish which is done is a unprofessional manner. Overall marketing sales department is governed like a Brazilian or Hispanic mafioso. US Government and auditors need to investigate employees rights and review this company. There are hiring bias which impact communication throughout business operations included the Dominican Republic satellite office which works in conjunction with the US based sales team.

First, thank you for the feedback. You raised quite a few points which I will not address individually but I will say that it is not our intention that any employee feels this way. It is important that you share any concern that you have with the HR team. We are here to address your concerns and support you. I myself believe that we do have qualified individuals, and succession planning in place to assure leadership is selected on established competencies and future potential. Our goal is to continue to create a positive work experience for our employees, but we need your feedback. So again, please stop by HR and share your concerns.
