Failure in keeping up projects deadlines and getting funding. Absence of CEO on many critical occasions due to partying or travel, not reliable communication and priorities. Delay with signing any contracts. Too much talking and no control on deliverables.

Thank you for your Feedback. Since 2022 we improved, we are growing and learning together to be the best versions of ourselves. Nevertheless we are happy about any kind of Feedback, and working on our way to improve!
Its amazing to see how P1 evolved. We hired more senior people and this childish behaviors are finally not here anymore. We have better processes, Managers who listen and care. No chaos anymore. We eat lunch together, have fun and yet can work seriously together. Its amazing!
