      Pros

      Lovely colleagues. Fascinating technology. Free coffee and biscuits.

      Cons

      High staff turnover and very few original people with core historical know how left. Really good people leaving resulting in everyone else having to pick up extra responsibility leading to overload. Morale low and non-existent culture.

      Pros

      Well paid (Although this is only to keep people from leaving I found),Most people were friendly and helpful

      Cons

      Certain characters (everyone at P2i will know who I am on about) get away with murder in this company and talk to colleagues (female's and people beneath them especially) disgustingly. Very high turn over and a lot of unhappy employees working here. Not a nice atmosphere.

      Pros

      People and the atmosphere make P2i a unique place to work at. Exciting fast-pace company with hi-tech technology and lots of intelligent and well-qualified personnel. Excellent marketing. Flexibility, freedom to explore.

      Cons

      Little or no job security due to a rapid growth which does not always pay off - headcount. Strange management decisions which consequently resulted with the redundancy and few resignations. No pension scheme.
