      Great benefits, caring culture, feels small but has big company perks, open to new ideas if you're willing to voice them, wants and willing to aid in career growth and personal development, employs many highly skilled and respected professionals, is aware of weaknesses and actively working to improve. I know this company will continue to improve and grow.

      Cons

      Some areas look/feel a bit outdated, but they are currently going through an extensive rebranding process to ensure that PACE represents itself in a way that reflects the company's goals and values.
