Toxic UK office

- Some interesting clients and a few good people

Cons

- Completely toxic environment in the UK office, which comes from the top down - Employees massively overworked, even by agency standards, with little to compensate for it. Work/life balance is not respected at all, despite what PAN claims - Management have little to no compassion. Employees are routinely criticised, often in front of others, and made to feel small. Multiple examples of people being embarrassed, distressed and brought to tears because of a harsh, unforgiving environment, rather than one of support - Management is also cliquey - Would recommend anyone to avoid at all costs

Really smart creative people - trying to do the right thing.

Cons

UK / US culture clash really obvious - the benefits seem good by US standards but still pretty awful by UK standards Complete culture of taking any work going irrespective of capacity
