      You learn what you don't want in a job

      - Very very disorganized company - No structure in roles and responsibilities - A lot of finger pointing - HUGE disconnect amongst staff and management - CFO talks a lot and micromanages

      So far nothing positive to say.

      Cons

      The two owners fight. One owner is not around the other approves the PO. Next comes an unprofessional meltdown which results in one of them storming off and leaving for the day. Unprofessional communication and rude with staff. Zero management skills.
