      -Great team, benefits, salary, work life balance, etc

      Owned by LEAP who was using the company to get business for itself and then fired most of the P|T staff.

      Pros

      They care about their employees, offer great benefits, retirement plan and perks. Great holidays and time off. Able to work from home and the company provides my office infrastructure. Enjoy my team members - they're very supportive. Internal growth opportunities. Salary is fair for all the benefits.

      Cons

      We don't get together in person as much as we used to and the strategy changes a lot.
