Close-knit teams. Wilde analysis guys are nice, all PDSVISION colleagues outside of UK are lovely.
Cons
If you're not friends with the right colleagues, forget about progression or enjoyment. New MD is inexperienced and unfit for role. Company is growing rapidly with mergers and acquisitions from the group. But not in the interest or support of their employees.
