      Coworkers are generally great to be around Lots of learning opportunities; superiors are happy to help out and answer questions People recognize the work you put in and appreciate you for it Small, boutique firm - allows you to gain exposure to multiple responsibilities and industries Engaging, fun, and rewarding work

      Cons

      Infamous for poor compensation Bad benefits Long hours Firm executive management doesn't communicate with lower/mid level employees unless they've been around for a while There is a huge executive management focus on cutting cost - yet they still pay themselves huge bonuses

      Pros

      New ownership group will hopefully improve. Solid management base. Nice offices downtown.

      Cons

      Limited opportunity for advancement, Low bonuses/profit share, Lots of politics and double standards. Communication and intermingling between departments is poor. Benefits are poor.
