You get an incredible amount of autonomy working for PILPG and the chance to work on some truly interesting cases.

Cons

There is little room for growth and this is almost exclusively a professional stepping stone rather than a job with any sort of longevity

PILPG is a rare organization that makes a real difference around the world. Paul Williams and his team have built a truly exceptional organization! Moreover, I am continually impressed by the effort that Paul puts into mentoring and making opportunities available for the younger members of the team.
