Every organisation has its share of Cons, they can't keep all employs happy but here the percentage of unsatisfied employs is almost 80-95% which I think is very high. let me jot down few points which might effect you and you can get prepared for the same.
1) My first advice would be to not take anything seriously except your job and your work, hard work always pays off but not here, it might help you in some other way.
2) There is little or no Management, No one is qualified enough in HR department to help you out (they are limited to make excel sheets and keep track of your attendance only). Single person in Accounts department which might not be very helpful when you are seeking help about your accounts related queries. NO payroll department so keep your queries to yourself.
3) keep your expectations very very low when its about getting help from management.
4) expect frequent change in company policies and that all is in the name of process policies(all lies)
to summarize, No SICK LEAVES, NO incentives, No Night allowance, Only one side cab, that also when you are going home at night after 12 AM, (till 10 PM you will not get cab to come to office or to leave home). else NO cab. No good appraisals, questionable rating evaluation process which might effect your mental peace that you are good for nothing. NO management.
