Some genuinely talented and hardworking team members who care about their work. The company still offers decent benefits compared to industry standards. Nice office space.

Increasing lack of clarity about the team’s direction. Goals and Metrics don’t seem to tie back to the company’s real impact. understaffed, leading to burnout and a revolving door of people leaving.
