      Pros

      Staff are kind and respectful, pay and benefits are good, flexible working conditions. Staff are experienced, knowledgeable, and capable of solving complex problems.

      Cons

      The company is in tech debt and hasn't invested the resources to streamline their systems. This makes support and development cumbersome. There have been movements in the right direction with newer software, but the bread and butter of the company needs updating.
