      Poor management, inconsistent strategy and direction

      Exciting clients across good range of sector

      Cons

      Great tech but no real product or client use case. Founders are micromanagers. Share option scheme is stitch up for employees with artificially high exercise price preventing employees from exercise share options unless they want to pay sums well beyond their salary.

      Mostly young team, flexible hours

      Cons

      Toxic work environment created by the manager, it was incredibly challenging to work with, never satisfied and never appreciate the efforts, passive aggressive. Communication was often belittling, never listens and only complaining, if you try to resist this attitude, manipulates you by saying you are being emotional

      Work with high profile clients in different sectors all over the world that are smart and innovative. Supportive team that helps you out a lot. Your suggestions for improvements are always listened to and you are encouraged to try new tools and systems. Bright future for the technology.

      You have to be able to juggle a lot of balls in order to keep up with the growth of business and team size.
