Toxic management and burnout culture

Pros

Coworkers are nice. Free lunches every now and then but second shift would always get the leftovers.

Cons

Very toxic work environment. No work life balance. Lots of weekend work and overtime. Management doesn't care for its workers. They only care about pushing out numbers and work their technicians to burnout. Management works to get employees fired instead of working with them to do better. HR is tricked into believing management are the ones doing good by their employees when they are the ones causing the problems to begin with

The focus on driving change and improvement into the hands of the daily workers was always inspiring. The CEO's passion for continuous improvement was the draw for me.
