      Pros

      A lot of genuinely friendly and helpful colleagues.

      Cons

      Management is very poor. I get the impression that most of them have no idea what they are doing and have got the position due to length of service rather than skill. Chaotic and reactionary environment. The offices are very dirty and loud. The work is tedious and monotonous but excessively easy. The HR team is completely ineffectual. I have raised issues with them on more than one occasion and had no response. Very poorly paid for central London. Customer service is very poor and nobody seems to care about this.

      Doesn't feel like I worked in the music industry

      -Good location -Music played in the office (through spotify) -Contribution and work with charities such as Shelter -Good people to work with

      Cons

      -Low morale in the office -Micromanagement -Few opportunities for career progression -Frequently told there is no money in budget for anything as more money should go to performers, but senior managers are paid high salaries. The CEO for example is on £750k a year. -Large amount of bureaucracy -Lots of inefficiencies
