      Growing, privately held brokerage with great leadership and the means to succeed. Provide employees with tools and education to further careers and grow.

      Cons

      Technology and marketing tools are a bit behind, but that is it.

      Pros

      Great coworkers, your managers do seem to genuinely care about you, and PSA works hard for their clients -- no gimmicks there as they want to build and hold relationships.

      Cons

      Maybe a little old school in the corporate sense, but that was morphing to with remote / hybrid schedules these past few years.
