      A good place to become indispensable at - if you're fine with what it entails

      - Reasonable pay for the location and expected knowledge - Good contact with direct management - Opportunity to see software doing something in practice - Once you understand how the internal codebase works - you're pretty much indispensable

      Cons

      - A lot of work entails re-coding old PL/SQL / C codebase - Depending on the division, you might expect occasional high-stress on-call weeks - Unclear relation of the company with its siblings from other nations - especially German PSI
