Job is easy Friendly co workers Pressured to hit target but still good and enjoying

Cons

Management doesn't have sympathy on the workers, if they don't like you they will sack you Power tripping of Management level to casual/part time employees Code of conduct is useless not being use by Management Very strict rules but even Management is not following No career path

I have nothing good to say about my experience with this company.

Cons

- Payslips continuously late. - Falsely advertises and charges customers for OEM quality repair but does not provide all required OEM parts or the tools required to do it correctly. - Tampering with break entitlements and award conditions / wage theft. - Illegal issuing of cash refunds on bank credit transactions. - Speaking up makes you a target of management and disciplinary action.

Not too much as I recall.

Cons

Not a decent company as they get used to lying. From top to the bottom. This company encourages deception. Their only concern is sales figures. They set up various sales traps and legal clauses for this purpose. There is a high turnover rate because many employees do not want to continue when they discover these unethical practices. However, the managers are still the same managers and the ideas are still the same ideas. Deception continuing.
