Pros
For the most part, everyone that works there is cool, even some of the creative directors. Sadly you'll quickly learn that everyone on the team is young designer and they don't have a lot of experience in the industry including art directors.
Cons
A lot of work, zero respect, no room to grow, rude CEO, short breaks and lunches, small lunch room, slow and outdated computers, horrible pay, management is a constantly on a power trip. To give you a run down how bad the turn over rate is here. There will probably be a good chance you'll get an interview because the CEO interviews everyone (who applies) and he makes you wait in the front lobby for an hour with ten other people before he see's you. And all 10 of you will be hired for $10 an hour (because you need to work your way up as a peasant to $15) and week later half of them will quit. Then two weeks later more interviews will be conducted. This place is a joke don't waste your time.
