      Pros

      Pays for a majority of healthcare. Coworkers are awesome. On site nurse practitioner and physical therapist as well as a barber who stops by weekly. There is a lot of concentrated talent under one roof.

      Cons

      No difference between sick and vacation leave. Innovation is a scary word. "Because that's how we do it" mentality. Recently implemented hierarchy which is promising, but doubtful the mentality will change. There is a lot of untapped talent under one roof.

      Great benefits, great people, great culture. Healthcare is best I've seen for our area. Includes free onsite health clinic with on staff Physical Therapist. Onsight barber, cafeteria with at cost meals, gym membership, 401K Match, Flexible schedule. much more
