- To start with, let me mention that I have never in one year there received the same salary in two consecutive months due to "deductions" that no one will ever explain to me.
- They deduct visa expenses, they try to keep your passport, they operate an illegal cafeteria onsite where you are charged for drinking water, all of these are illegal not to mention unethical practices under UAE labor law.
-The management team (or owners) are a joke. All the rest of the employees are absolutely petrified of them (Sir and Maam culture). I find it hilarious because they as owners run the place as a bakery and are absolutely clueless on how to do business in general.
- These same owners seem to think every investor on earth is as incompetent as they are and they try and portray an "image" of PCS which they hope will bring someone dumb enough to buy the company. An hour's worth of due diligence on this firm will dissuade any investor from ever contacting them again.
- The work timings are ridiculous, 57 hours weeks and a full day on Sat with only Fridays off.
